All That Jazz! - $40
Join us each Wednesday in February starting at 7:30 p.m. for an evening you will not forget! Jazz and Blues were in! Flappers and Floorflushers were too! Shake the dust off your dancing shoes and jive to some of the most popular dances of the Roarin’ Twenties as you learn the basics of the Charleston, Black Bottom, Fox Trot and Shag.

No-Knead Bread Baking - $15
This is baking bread made easy! On Thursday, February 21st at 6:00 p.m. learn both stove-top baking and oven baking a variety of breads including basic whole wheat loaf (in a heated pot and on baking tiles with steam), three cheeses, pita, English muffins and our instructor’s own No-knead, Seedy, Multi-grain Wavy Thin Buns. Recipes provided along with a list of useful and informative websites.
