First person interpretation is a fine art. If done really well, it combines the skills of a first-rate historian and a very adept actor to convince you that the person standing before you is a famous person or… an amazing embodiment of that person! Come visit with four of the area’s finest first person interpreters as they portray notable women and one notorious man of the 1920’s: Amelia Earhart, Mrs. Henry (Clara) Ford, Zora Neale Hurston, and Tom Pendergast. There will be light refreshments and time to ask questions of our presenters both “in” and “out” of the characters they’re portraying.
