Join us in our historic Hart-DeCaeny Farmhouse kitchen for a raisin bread-making demonstration. Using our 1920’s-style wood-burning cook stove, museum staff will demonstrate how to make a favorite of Belgian immigrants who lived in Shawnee in the 1920’s. Smells and samples included in this demonstration!
This event is free with regular museum admission, please enter through the Visitor's Center, located at 11501 W. 57th Street, Shawnee, Kansas 66203.
